The complex of Sultan Qalaun-Cairo-Egypt: The complex of Sultan Qalaun was built along the Sharia el-Muizz (street) in 1284 by Sultan el-Mansur Qalaun. It comprises a mosque-medersa, a mausoleum and a mauristan (charity hospital).
