Ayuntamiento de Tokio, apodado "la torre de los impuestos" por su costo de mil millones de dólares.Se ubica en Tokyo City Hall, un complejo de Shinjuku, siendo el edificio más alto de Tokio, con 243 metros desde su base hasta la punta, y es la segunda estructura más alta, luego de la Torre de Tokio. En la parte superior, hay dos pisos disponibles al público para que observe la ciudad, que se puede acceder sin costo alguno. Es el 104º edificio o estructura más alta del mundo.
